My method boils down to this: I get to know the student as a person — not as a transcript, resume, or a parent’s bank account. I’ll know your skills, likes, dislikes, hopes and dreams just as I do my own.
I also want to know your parents and the special home culture they’ve created. I believe that to know where you’re going it helps to know where you’re coming from.
I’m about helping you understand where you’ll fit in best. I won’t push you toward a place you don’t belong just because it looks exciting or will fit your budget.
